For example - Look at the boom that is hitting the Barrie & Orillia areas - Don had identified these as the up and coming areas. At that time he also identified Grande Prairie, Alberta as a town where property values would increase by at least 50% in 5 years. And now look where Grande Prairie is in April of 2005 – it has become a regional center, in the midst of a major economic boom! When we look back now the reality is that, during that time, the values actually TRIPLED & More! Creating 100% more profits than predicted!
#2. Back In March 1992 REIN™ Predicted – "Real Estate Investing Based On Inflation Is Dead"
You MUST Be Careful And Focus On Cash Flow And Market Trends To Create Maximum Results! This one sent shock waves through the group. They wondered how money could be made in real estate without inflation. Then the research was revealed and they were all handed the step-by-step investment system rules. In 1993, the Real Estate values in this area were fairly stagnant; it was considered by many to be out of the way. So this group of investors were extremely sceptical. But those who followed this prediction, and took action, have created some tremendous results! At this time, REINTM showed their clients some premium properties in Okotoks, Alberta - in the heart of the "Golden Triangle." Investors bought these units for only $35,000 each - today they're worth over $105,000. Well, this was made during the doom and gloom announcements of how our dollar would kill Ontario’s economy. But once again we’re already seeing Don’s prediction come true!
