REIN™ members are invited to an evening workshop once a month, and an all-day version every three months. The workshops offer a structured, consistent, proven environment for learning how to successfully invest in residential real estate. Each workshop includes:

A REIN™ member unable to attend a monthly or quarterly meeting promptly receives an audio CD of the entire proceedings, plus all workbooks, reports and other hand-outs.

ask free-of-charge questions of respected lawyers, accountants and other financial professionals who are on retainer to REIN™
complete resource directory of recommended service providers
access special discounts at leading suppliers including Rona, General Paint, Totem Building Supplies chain, Home Loans Canada (CIBC), Canada Mortgage Team and Enterprise Rental Cars
download any of 60 real estate documents (property analysis forms, sales contracts, rental agreements, etc.) to execute real estate transactions

Membership Fees

$199 a month for a minimum 17 months (tax-deductible against rental income)
add-on memberships for immediate family members for $99/month
members can cancel their membership after their first meeting, but rarely do
many members see so much value in the 17-month program that they repeatedly renew; in fact, several have each been part of REIN™ for 120 or more months
