Just a few recent Quickstart Comments I have just returned from your Quickstart program this past weekend in
I came to this workshop to gather information. I wanted to see if this is the direction that I can take my life along with my family. I can say without a doubt that this is where I want to be. This weekend has given me the motivation to move forward with my life. The information wasy very useful. Without Question, the best system I have ever seen… the only COMPLETE system. I feel completely supported and more educated in how to invest in real estate using a step-by-step system thas been proven many times. I have met many Members who have been long-time Members who have used the system to reach and surpass their goals and are still there supporting others. Thank you so much. Fantastic weekend. The confidence I have gained and the contacts I’ve made are well worth the price of admission. Quickstart is a breath of fresh air. I’ve never encountered a group so committed to honesty, integrity and positivity in my life. This was the best seminar or Program I have ever attended and has had a significant impact om me and my future. Excellent information provided thoroughly and clearly. I now understand the real estate process more than I could have imagined from a 2-day course. I feel confident that if I use the system I will be successful in less time than I expected. Thanks for the Truth, Don. I appreciated the sense of integrity I felt radiating from REIN and their Members. No one in the grey areas. Quickstart gave me a much clearer understanding of how to purchase property using fundamentals. It will definitely be a ‘defining’ 2-days in my real estate investing career. REIN has the real tools to succeed in the Canadian real estate market. My brain is exhausted from all of the information. Don and Quickstart gives me more information in 2 days than reading 10 real estate books. Thank You! It was excellent. I listened to your CD’s and learned quite a bit, but attending the Quickstart was better. I can’t wait to go home to put as much as I can into action. Thanks for a great weekend. Carlos Lobo This program is amazing, so much information it is overwhelming. I discovered the power of joint ventures and how they can help me get started with no cash. The Quickstart has filled in the holes that the ‘tape sellers’ hold onto for each upsell opportunity. Kudos to REIN for taking this seminar to the next level. Exceede my expectations. Thank you for giving me the tools to live my dream. The best Quickstart yet, incredibly important and very impactful. I haven’t met this many great people who were excited to take action before. I have gained so much confience because of REIN. TO be honest words cannot explain what REIN does for me or anyone else who attends; and I usually tell non-members this and explain to them that the only way you would understand what I mean is by attending a Quickstart or join REIN. Thank you! REIN is a meat and potatoes organization that avoids the fluff. REIN sets the standard for all other investment networks out there. We ordered the CD’s 6 months ago and we found this weekend cleared up many of the questions we had. We now have a roadmap to our Personal Belize. Quickstart first made me be realistic in my thinking and not expect any windfalls without hardwork. It also showed me that you can live comfortably living and working within the law, not trying to circumvent it. No fluff, no hiding – the straight goods. I really appreciated that.
Calvin Strachan Over the top with useable information. No longer feel in overwhelmed position. I now feel I’m ready to buy my next property. All pulled together in one weekend. Gave me the push to get over the hump and the time to meet with other investors and ask questions. I will leverage buying more properties using the strategies. The Quickstart was phenomenal. The information was in-depth and well presented. I was initially leery about the course and REIN, but after the weekend I can say that if you’re just thinking about joining or know someone who is interested in real estate I would recommend joining and accelerating your life. I found out more information than I expected in just 2 days.
Kim Dekker Very comprehensive and incredibly informative. I had read Don’s book and was concerned I would find the weekend repetitive. Rather I got more robust information, more examples and more tools – and met some great people along the way. I now have potential new Joint Venture partners. Very thorough graphs and stats very helpful. The wealth of information is presented in a simple high impact manner. Gets your attention and the overall confident attitude is highly contagious. This program was by far the best course I have ever attended. I am extremely impressed with the sheer volume of materials presented. This has definitely been an enlightening weekend. I feel I have received professional, upfront and honest information. Quickstart was compelling an dinformative. This is my 3rd Quickstart and each one has been different, energizing and uplifting. Good refresher, I was able to take more in the 2nd time because I am now more knowledgeable than last year. Very unbiased and focused on fundamentals. The best real estate investing system out there for Canadians. No B.S. approach. I now have all the tools from the Program. The fears I had to get started are depreciated, it feels good to know that a group exists to support each other (REIN) Very informative! Enthusiastic, positive and upbeat. Provided new ideas, a whole life approach, strategies, possibilities, a system and a plan. Extremely informative and empowering.
Nick Gaber It truly gave me insights on what and how to look at investment properties. I never would have learned all I needed to know except through mistakes. Undoubtedly it has saved me thousands of dollars already. I feel empowered and knowledgeable to go out and start looking for my next property and realizing my dream. Thank You! W. Forgiel Amazing! REIN is putting money in my pocket. Very informative with great information to help get started. A system to follow step-by-step and exactly how to do it with no holds-barred. Just the facts, with nothing left out, just great! It has woken me up. Time to get off my back side and think of the future of my family. Very informative and loaded with up-to-date information. The presenters were very professional and knowledgeable. The honesty and emphasis on following the rules is very refreshing. Having dealt with so called ‘creative’ investors and brokers in the past, this gives me a great opportunity to start fresh as a new Member of REIN. This was the 2nd time for me, I learned more than the 1st. I feel ore motivated and knowledgeable giving me the confidence I need to move forward. Terrific, real-life examples. Lots of integrity.
Don Wadlinyk Fabulous. Overwhelming with the amount of detail and depth. The program is a great motivation to get started. I have attended another weekend seminar and the content in Quickstart, for less money, is many times greater. Being around 600+ highly motivated (and many very successful) people has made me realize that I have been procrastinating on many of the key steps that I have read in Don’s books. Excellent course. Extremely interesting and informative. It took the emotion out of buying, giving us the calculated method and tools. It was not a course with someone pushing to buy something. Excellent, practical and removes all the guesswork, fear and emotions from the transaction. A fool-proof system. Terrific systematic process flow of analyzing investments. There are no longer any subjective opinions regarding properties. Quickstart has minimized all the fears I had in terms of real estate. Quickstart brought myself and my wife closer together to work on our goals and is something we are going to enjoy doing in the future. It also opened my mind some more, the tunnel vision is almost gone. I read the book twice, did the preliminary numbers, 10% rule, did the scorecard but hit a road block and now feel that the roadblocks were pushed aside after the event. I can now continue my journey down the road to my goals. Opened my eyes to new possibilities that I never thought of in the past. The program is truly motivating me to look at potential opportunities more enthusiastically and furthermore making me figure out ways to overcome obstacles. This is my second time, I learned and applied Quickstart techniques in the last year to buy 3 properties. They have appreciated considerably as well the cash flows have also improved significantly. A lot to absorb in one weekend. I learned that yes it is still possible to buy properties in or around Toronto. It completes the picture on how to do this business successfully, with minimal risk. Amazing! It gave me renewed energy and focus on what exactly I want real estate to give me and my family, and how to execute this plan. Thank you Don, Russell and the rest of REIN. Very Informative. It helped me to take the first steps as a real estate investor. Really great weekend. It was great to have updated and current information. Also, meeting with people who share similar ideas on wealth creation and property investing in real estate. The tidbits that will help separate myself from other investors. An eye-opener, a remarkable event that has shaped and transformed my entire thinking. Very comprehensive and motivating. I have learned much more in the past year with REIN than I realized. Quickstart is a great refresher to reinforce the steps I’ve already taken. This is the confidence builder needed to take action now. What I realized is that I’m able to buy my first property faster than I’ve previously thought. I have attended Quickstart twice before but his time I made a conscious decision to ‘do it’ and this made me hear everything differently… with more clarity. Amazing. I have read the books already and this seminar finally closed the gaps and tied up the loose ends on a couple of questions. Great motivation and presenters. Thanks you. Quickstart has opened my eyes to see there is a proven system to investing in real estate so now the idea of investing does not seem so scary. A LOT of information… it is taking the guesswork out of investing. I know nothing was held back. Overwhelming amount of information – well thought out Program I learned so much. Excellent. You have given me the knowledge and confidence to get out and find the properties I would like to have in my portfolio. Thank you for this great opportunity. The presentation on the first half of the first day covered the cost of attendance. I know this program will have a major impact on my life and the life of my family. The Quickstart Program has given me a clear path to start investing in real estate tomorrow.
This Program has helped me to focus. We have put offers in on 6 additional properties and with the new skills I have developed at Quickstart I am certain that I will attain my Personal Belize. Thank you Russ and Don for you insights, they are worth 100 times the cost of the course. If I had spent my money and time on this course 10 years ago I would have been retired by now. Amazing. It is a life-changing event. I am armed with the knowledge I need or I know where to locate it. This is a great team with excellent speaking skills. Reinforced real estate knowledge, brought it to a personal level. It reduced much of the fear and convinced me that I have to do this.
Fantastic, I’m launched. It removed doubt, provided new skills and new information. Last year, my first, was overwhelming, today the lights went on. My wife came with me this year and her support and interest made a huge difference. I finally see that I am on the way to becoming a sophisticated investor. An eye-opening experience. Now I feel that I can be a true partner to my husband and work together to achieve our Personal Belize. I am actually speechless. This is my first Quickstart, it has been a weekend of affirmation. Thank you! Awesome amount of useful information. It is instrumental in eliminating the fear of moving forward by providing clear, definable systems to getting moving on more properties. Donald Keachie It was integral in creating a burning desire in myself and my wife with respect to our Personal Belize. Showed us how to become financially independent. Absolutely Amazing. The Program was excellent, getting into the nuts and bolts of real estate investing was great for someone like me. It provides the tools and techniques to be successful in real estate investing. This is my second time attending Quickstart and it was only after I took my first Quickstart in 2006 that I actually started investing . Today, I year later, I own 6 rental properties and have made a profit selling the 7th. This weekend changed how I think. If gave me the knowledge and confidence needed to take the 1st step to building my real estate portfolio. Content rich. I feel more confident to embark upon my personal goals. Great new information, so up-to-date.
Michelle Vezean The most informative program I’ve been to. The system really takes the fear from real estate. I can’t wait to do the due diligence, no more guessing. Phenomenal. This has been great in assisting in re-building my business. The resource pool is incredible and without strings. Awesome. I’ve learned more over this weekend that in 2 years of mulling over real estate. The vision really helped me to focus on what I really want and what I’m going to do to get there. After nearly 4 years, I’m still provided with so much valuable information, it takes away the fear. Excellent strategies and information and what a fantastic job on the updated 2007 changes. Entertaining and good flow to the presentation. Listening to Don R. Campbell, Russell Westcott and Peter Kinch was incredibly motivating. It reaffirmed the potential of the local market. Outstanding. It reinforced core principle and action steps, I met great contacts, clarified my vision and goals and learned creative new strategies. Very well presented. Allowed me to realize that I can do this. I like the emphasis on longer term not get-rich-quick. Way more than I expected. Very helpful with doing due diligence. The strategies look like it is really just a matter of 1…2…3… Very informative, to the point, clear and concise with good networking. I have a lot more confidence now, after the course. The system is amazing and lays it out the process in infinite detail. Wow, I finally found you guys someone to help me achieve my financial goals so I can get to Baltimore where my 3 children live. I’m so excited with the detailed system and Canadian specific content. (I have already taken 2 US based courses and making other mistakes over the years). I really love the heart of your system with emphasis on the Sophisticated Investor Binder and the cover letter. In now makes sense. My husband and I feel recharged and ready to get rid of ‘chasing many rabbits’ for good. Tremendous information again, this is my 3rd Quickstart.

Suyenshu Gosrami Great. Keeps it lively and critical information is given. It is a building block to investment success and covers the basics of investing in Canada. My head is full! I am very impressed in the quality of the knowledge of the presenters. This is my second Quickstart and I’m finding these is so much I missed the first time around. Gave me an overviewof what real estate investing is about and the tools to follow through and take action right away. It gave me the most important tool… confidence. I did not know anything about real estate investing at the start of the course. I now feel like I have a solid foundation that will guide me towards buying my 1st property. Very Informative. I have been learning a lot this weekend and can’t wait to get started. The Quickstart gave me more and up-to-date knowledge and also motivated me to a higher level. This course is excellent… infinitely better than that ‘other’ Toronto real estate education event. Unbelievable. Its enjoyable, educational and very, very interesting. Great program. Great Presentation by excellent presenters. I knew basically nothing about real estate when I got here. Now I’m leaving with a lot of amazing tools to change my life. I wanted to invest in real estate for a long time. After doing your home-study Program my prayers were answered when you came to Toronto. Excellent, learned tons. I am so motivated to take action and start looking for valuable properties. This program is unique. How banks and brokers see me and the due diligence about property were eye-opening sessions for me. Very informative. The Quickstart was excellent, I learned lots about banking requirements and the ways to identify hot zones. Thank You! Very Informational! I was never bored throughout the entire 2 days. I cannot believe how much I learned and was able to absorb. I’m looking forward to using what I learned along with the support of like-minded people. Canadian specific strategy. Excellent Canadian Content and excellent presentations by Don Campbell and his team. I’ll be here again next year. It was a hands-on seminar, very practical. It certainly provided me additional confidence to increase my portfolio in the next 5 years and achieve my financial freedom. The material, Don, Russel, Peter and the REIN Team were fantastic. Good presenters, excellent content and the REIN Members in attendance were very knowledgeable and willing to share their personal experiences. It has re-vitalized me and has given me the motivation that I need to start my real estate business. It certainly filled in the majority of the holes and questions I had in terms of investing smartly. It gave me exactly what I needed!

The energy and atmosphere at REIN is so uplifting and I’m extremely grateful for the motivation and support of the REIN team and fellow Members. A life changer for myself, my wife and also my two young daughters. After an earlier Quickstart, we bought our first 2 properties and haven’t looked back. Those first two properties have always created positive cash flow and between just these first 2, the values have increased by $410,000! This is only on our first 2. I’ve been a Member for 4 years and this just keeps getting better and better. This has been some incredible re-training, recharging. I am ready to run again. |
